Free Write
Last week I went to my first Diamondbacks game. I have been in Arizona for nearly two years and have never been, even though I live a ten minute walk to the stadium (I know, this is lame). I had a great time at the game and had nothing but great things to say about the ball park. Other than the over priced drinks and food the experience was awesome and I am glad I went. Still call myself an Angels and Dodgers fan first though.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, don't feel bad, I have been out here in Arizona for about 15 years and still haven't been to a game! I think its mainly because I am not a big baseball fan. I have heard that actually going to a live game is totally different experience rather than just watching it.

ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a good time! Also I have been here 4 years and the only time I have even been to the stadium was to eat at the Fridays, don't feel bad lol. But also a Dodgers fan over here :)
I love going to a Dbacks game. It is something to do with the atmosphere that the stadium has. Yes the food and drinks are expensive but the whole experience makes it worth it. I love it when the weather is perfect and the open the roof!

ReplyDeleteGlad you had an amazing time at the Dbacks game. I haven't been to there games this year, but I truly enjoy going since I use to play baseball when I was a child. You can never go wrong with Angels though.
